1. Equipment lift plan
2. Harness/lanyard connection points
3. Securing method and location for air hoses, comm. cables, suction hoses, prime pump, and discharge hose
4. Dive tenders, equipment monitors
5. Safety diver readiness
6. Diver communication and video

3. Disinfection Protocol

1. Disinfect all equipment prior to entering the tank as per AWWA requirements.

4. Equipment Check (Verify proper working order for all equipment)

1. Air Compressor
2. Communication equipment
3. Air Hoses
4. Diver communication lines
5. Video feeds
6. Trash pumps
7. Dry suits, helmets, regulators & personal equipment

5. Confined Space Protocol (Will be enforced as necessary)
